Shipping & returns

We ship worldwide from three warehouses — Europe, the USA and the UK. Your order leaves from whichever one is closest to you, so it arrives faster and with fewer customs surprises.

Dispatch

Ordered before 7pm? Your order is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 7pm, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day.

Every order is sent with track & trace. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders above the free shipping threshold shown at checkout ship free.

Duties and taxes

Because we ship from the warehouse nearest you, most orders arrive without extra charges. Any duties or import taxes that do apply are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

Not in love with it? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for an exchange or a refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

To start a return, reply to your order confirmation or email order@stickybestie.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions for your warehouse.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel arriving back with us.
